Brilliance laser marking inks deliver high resolution markings on various substrates using low wattage CO2 lasers. These marks are durable and able to withstand abrasion and high temperatures of up to 2000 F. We offer laser marking on various metals, glass, ceramics and more. We have formulated laser inks in various colors with high contrast.
Our patented formulation is available in Concentrated Powder for your application. Just add denatured alcohol as per instructions. Air spray it or brush it on and laser mark permanent high contrast logo, barcoded Wipe it or wash it with water once marked with laser.
It does not damage high polished protective coatings like chrome etc. The most economical and popular CO2 laser is sufficeint to get high contrast marks but we made sure that it works with other lasers like Fiber and YAG.
Creates high resistant markings on glass, ceramics, porcelain, stone, granite, marble and other variety of ceramics and stones.
PROCESS:
- Add 1 part Denatued Alcohol by weight for brush application (1:2)
- Add 2 part Denatued Alcohol by weight for air brush or preval application. (1:3)
- Must shake well initially and intermittently especially eveytime before spray or brush dipping.
- 25% more coverage than the competition.
- Dries Quickly.
